Victor Khosla
Founder & CIO, SVP Global
Mr. Khosla established SVP in 2001, and has built it into one of the major firms in distressed debt and private equity investments with $4.9 billion in AUM. Mr. Khosla has 27 years in the industry. Prior to SVP, he managed the distressed proprietary trading business at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Khosla was President of Cerberus Capital (1998-1999) and ran MooreSVP (1999-2002), a JV with Moore Capital, which invested in distressed debt in Japan. Mr. Khosla graduated with a first class Bachelors of Commerce (Honors) degree from Delhi University, a MA in Economics from Vanderbilt University, as well as a MBA from the University of Chicago. He is a member of the Management Council at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Roxanne Martino is the Managing Partner of OceanM19, and serves as a Director of Ventas, Inc. a S&P 500 company which is a leading real estate investment trust. Roxanne was the Chief Executive Officer and Investment Committee Chairperson of Aurora Investment Management L.L.C. Roxanne is Co-Chairperson of The University of Chicago Booth School of Business Council, and past Chairperson of The Mendoza College of Business of the University of Notre Dame Business Council. She is a member of The Chicago Network and is on the Board of The Economic Club of Chicago. She served three terms as a Director of The Investment Analysts Society of Chicago. Roxanne is also Director of Thresholds, serves on the Investment Subcommittee of the Board of Catholic Relief Services (CRS), and serves on the Board and is Chairperson of the Investment Committee of Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and its Research Center. In 2015, Ms. Martino was inducted into the InvestHedge Fund of Hedge Funds Hall of Fame in London. Mrs. Martino spent seven years of her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and six years at Grosvenor Capital Management, where she was a general partner. Roxanne received a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Notre Dame and a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Chicago.
Paul M. Keglevic
Chief Executive Officer, Energy Future Holdings
Mr. Paul M. Keglevic, CPA, has been Chief Executive Officer and President of Energy Future Holdings (EFH) Corp. since 2016. EFH was the largest LBO transaction in history ($44B purchase price) and has emerged from Chapter 11 restructuring process in 2016. Mr. Keglevic was an Audit Partner at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and served as its Utility Sector Leader from 2002 to 2008. In 2011, Mr. Keglevic was named Chief Financial Officer of the Year by the Dallas Business Journal and received a Distinguished Alumni Award in Accounting from Northern Illinois University. Mr. Keglevic has over 38 years of experience. Mr. Keglevic is a Certified Public Accountant, received a B.S. in Accounting from Northern Illinois University.

Chad Husnick is a partner in Kirkland & Ellis’ Restructuring Practice Group. He represents debtors, creditors, equity holders, and other stakeholders in all aspects of corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, and insolvency proceedings. Mr. Husnick has extensive experience with assisting corporate clients with understanding, addressing, and, where necessary, litigating the complex issues associated with restructuring real estate investments. He also advises clients regarding the myriad corporate governance issues facing financially distressed companies, including fiduciary duties and executive compensation. He has represented Energy Future Holdings Corp. and 70 of its affiliates in their Chapter 11 proceedings, C&J Energy Services in its pre-negotiated Chapter 11 filing and Navistar Inc. in its acquisition of Monaco Coach Corporation’s assets through a sale pursuant to section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code in Monaco’s Chapter 11 cases. Mr. Husnick was selected by Emerging Lawyers Magazine as one of the “top lawyers in Illinois under the age of 40” practicing bankruptcy and workout law in 2016. He was recognized by The Legal 500 U.S. for his corporate restructuring work in 2015. He is a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, graduated with Honors and a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with distinction.
Terrence Ing
Partner & Head of Credit, Muddy Waters Capital
Mr. Terrence Ing is a Partner and Head of Credit at Muddy Waters Capital LLC. Mr. Ing identifies opportunities for activism within the corporate credit and equity markets. Mr. Ing also manages the research team and invests in various securities across the capital structure. Prior to Muddy Waters, Mr. Ing served as a portfolio manager and senior analyst for PIMCO's award winning $3.3 billion Global Credit Opportunity Hedge Fund. He has 16 years of investment experience, holds a Master's Degree in Mathematics of Finance from Columbia University and an undergraduate BA degree from the University of Southern California.
William Brandt

Mr. William (Bill) Brandt is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Development Specialists, Inc (DSI), recognized as one of the foremost firms in the corporate restructuring industry. Bill Brandt has almost 40 years of professional experience. He has been appointed in multiple opportunities as Chair of the Illinois Finance Authority (IFA), was a member of the President’s National Finance Board during the Clinton administration and served several terms as a member of the Board of Directors of the American Bankruptcy Institute. Mr. Brandt has advised Congress on matters of bankruptcy policy and had an essential role in the nation’s bankruptcy laws. Mr. Brandt received his B.A. from St. Louis University and his M.A. from the University of Chicago.
